Center wall correction and space renovation. In this project, our team successfully addressed a critical issue by re-building the incorrectly built center-carrying basement wall. We also removed the existing interior wall cladding panels along the basement walls, constructed new walls which were offset from the basement concrete walls by 2 inches, allowing for foam insulation and batt insulation. Our scope also encompassed arranging for drywalling and electrical work, all meticulously aligned with the customer's expectations. We created a family room, office and utilyt room seperated by barn doors. The finishing touches were to level the concrete floor and install a luxury vinyl plank (LVL) floor. Our team is delighted to have achieved a successful project that not only corrected the initial wall issue but also provided the customer with a space that aligns perfectly with their vision.
