We meticulously sanded the deck to eliminate imperfections and prep it for restoration. Damaged wood was replaced to maintain structural integrity, and framing repairs were made to meet current codes. Additional blocking and bridging were installed for extra support, and two coats of high-quality oil-based stain were applied for enhanced appearance and weather protection.
